Anthony Lewis resided in Raleigh, NC with his wife and children. He worked as an HVAC Mechanic. Anthony was 47 years of age when he was diagnosed with Level 4 Glioblastoma. His only presenting symptoms were undiagnosed focal seizures. He underwent radiation and chemotherapy treatments at Duke University Hospital for 1.5 years. Anthony was 49 years old when he lost his battle to brain tumors.
